A warm 'hello' from the OSA

The Oakridge School Association (OSA) is a volunteer group of parents and staff who, with the help of other parents and the wider community, raise funds for Oakridge Parochial School.

The money raised pays for excursions, activities and resources for the school. In the last year, amongst other things, the money we have raised has paid for an end of year drama production, Bikeability cycling training and for the whole school to attend the Christmas pantomime.

We run a number of events throughout the year with our main fundraiser being the annual village green 'Revels'. It’s a fantastic afternoon, packed full of fun activities including the crowning of the May Queen, a dance display by the pupils, stalls, games and competitions.

The OSA always welcome new members but even if you don't want to officially join the team, there are many ways you can lend a hand. We're often on the lookout for fresh fundraising ideas, need assistance in promoting events and require raffle prizes – every little helps!

If you are interested in getting involved, please contact the school or have a chat with any of the OSA members when you next bump into us – we really are a friendly bunch!
